The IIRT Refund Policy for Workshop and Memberships
The IIRT shall give refunds for purchases made through the IIRT website under the following conditions:
1. For all Membership registrations there is a 14 day cooling off
period. Any applicant can choose to cancel their membership and have a
full refund* of payments made within 14 days of the transaction±.
2. For refunds after the 14 day cooling off period a 50% refund can be
arranged if the IIRT member has ceased working as a natural therapist
or for any other reason±.
3. 50% refunds can also be arranged if the applicant is refused
insurance (a full refund* can be returned if requested within 14 days
of the transaction).
4. The amount refunded shall be based on the amount of the transaction such as pro-rata fees payable at the time of joining.
5. Refunds shall not be given within 30 days prior to the end of the
financial year unless the purchase was made within the 14 day cooling
off period.
6. For all other purchases made through this website including:
Directory Registrations, IIRT Business Cards the 14
day cooling off period applies. Beyond 14 days the IIRT shall not be
required to give a refund for purchases made from the said items.
*Less any postage and handling fees.
± All refunds can only be transferred by internet banking into an Australian bank account or via a credit card refund.
The IIRT Refund Policy for Products
The IIRT shall give refunds for purchases made through the IIRT website under the following conditions:
1. On all purchases there is a 7 day cooling off
period. Any customer choose to cancel their order and have a
full refund* of payments made within 7 days of the transaction±.
2. For any item purchased through the IIRT website that is
faulty due to manufacturing, a full refund can be arranged provided the
customer advises the IIRT within 7 days of receiving goods
purchased.
3. For any item which breaks or is damaged for whatever reason, a
refund can be arranged within 21 day of contacting the IIRT. The
customer is required to send the item back to the IIRT via post
or arrange delivery at their own expense. A refund in full can then be
arranged provided the items are returned within 21 days of the initial
transaction. If the customer fails to return the item after 21 days, no
refund shall be given.*
